Hand crafted fir and cherry charcuterie paddle with a matching fir cracker tray. The paddle has a solid strip of birch that runs down the center and a solid cherry “donut” insert near the top. You have a choice of cracker tray designs. One cracker tray highlights B.O.B., Nelsons iconic bridge and the other has the quote: “Good Food, Good Wine, Good Friends, Good Times!”. I’ve finished both items with a food safe coating of mineral oil and beeswax. This set would make a great gift for someone that loves Nelson, (don’t we all?), or for your own enjoyment when entertaining those in your “bubble”.
